Putting a Spring in Our Step
The team at our Garstang office have been out Nordic Walking and gained their Freedom Passports!
Nordic walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking, just twice as effective! With using the poles we worked upper body muscles as well as our legs to walk tall, improve our posture, take in the views and have a good chat and a laugh along the way!
Its been a brilliant team building activity and something everyone can participate in. A big thanks to Matt Gibbs for teaching us the skills to get to our Freedom Passports. Now as individuals are able to join any Nordic Walking group across the country.
