Position: Chartered Valuation Surveyor

BE PART OF OUR TEAM – CHARTERED VALUATION SURVEYOR

Are you a dynamic and driven Valuation Surveyor?  We are looking for a person to join our team who has an interest in excelling and performance.  Due to the continued growth of the business, we have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Valuation Surveyor.  The role will provide an excellent opportunity to be involved in both residential and commercial RICS Red Book valuations. Being on Bank panels provides a consistent stream of appointments, together with our vast rural client base this is a busy, exciting role for the right candidate.

We are looking to grow the Valuation team across the business, and it is essential that you aspire to be in a role that incorporates the business development of Armitstead Barnett, carrying out networking and promotion of the company, raising both your personal profile and that of AB. We are looking for a candidate that would like to assist in driving the income stream forward, hence for the right candidate, there is growth potential to Equity Partner level.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels, be highly organised and have a methodical working manner, with a high level of attention to detail and importantly have a proactive approach to work, with a strong team ethos.
