Experienced Rural Chartered Surveyor.

(3-5 year PQE).

The role will involve working with a rural and agricultural client base throughout Cumbria and North Lancashire on a range of matters including but not limited to Valuations for all rural property types; Land and Estate Management; Property Agency – Sales & Lettings of all rural property types, Strategic Rural/Agri-Business; Consultancy to include Environmental Land Management; Planning and Development; Renewable Energy, Compulsory Purchase and other emerging opportunities – the role has the potential to be varied or more specialised for the right candidate.

With a large existing team, there is no need for you to have experience in all the above areas, but an awareness is key.

• is RICS accredited and/or a Member of the CAAV.
