We are growing our Agency team and are looking for the right person to join our vibrant, lively Agency team.  Do you see yourself in a team that deals with some fabulous properties, ranging from a quirky, quaint cottage to a huge working farm.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated  Sales Negotiator/Administrator to join our team, in the Clitheroe office. As a Sales Negotiator/Administrator, you will play a key role in our team where communication, customer service and commitment to excellence is key.

Our specialism within the village and rural property market is not just about selling properties but about helping clients navigate through all things property from the beginning to the end of their journey. The role will require you to;

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service;
  • Add creativity and personality to the buying and selling process for our clients;
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, colleagues and contacts;
  • Have a passion for property, a strong work ethic and high standards;
  • Embrace a strong team culture, be self-motivated and well organised with a positive can do attitude and
  • Hold a full UK driving licence

Experience is preferred and being of the right character, nature and personality is essential to Armitstead Barnett to continue our strong team culture.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
