2019 brought a great year for Armitstead Barnett selling a wide range of rural and higher end properties across Lancashire and Cumbria.  It certainly doesn’t seem like 12 months since we were planning the opening of our Ribble Valley Office in February. The estate agency continues to go from strength to strength throughout the firm.  The teams are busy advising clients and selling homes the AB way!

The market showed itself to be surprisingly resilient in the main, given the highs and lows of the political backdrop throughout the year.  Since the general election, the market has found better direction, with viewing levels, genuine interest and activity increasing.  January has started well and we see this continuing into the year.  Rightmove have released the dates of the 10 busiest days on their portal in 2019, with 8 out of 10 of them being in January or February – so it is a great time to put your house on the market.
