Lettings Update – We are Hiring

Lettings Update – We are Hiring

Since taking up the position of Lettings Manager at the beginning of May I can honestly say my feet haven’t touched the ground.  A really busy month for marketing advices, launches to the market, and the best bit – key handovers at the start of a new tenancy.  The department is constantly growing with new instructions and the requests to take over the management of currently let properties are also on the rise.  We are always striving to provide our landlords with the best levels of service; keeping their properties up to date regarding current legislation, managing property maintenance issues and keeping on top of those all important property inspections.  As the department grows, I am really pleased to be welcoming back to the team Jenny Rheade.  Jenny came to Armitstead Barnett on her placement year for Harper Adams University and she soon discovered a enthusiasm for all things lettings.

With all of the above in mind, we are still looking to expand the department further and are currently looking for a lettings negotiator to join our amazing team.  If you think that working in this fast-paced environment where every day is as varied as they types of properties we let sounds interesting and you are looking for a change, please do get in touch.

The rentals team are looking forward to a busy and productive summer and bringing even more lovely properties to the rental market.
