Promotion to Partner for Emma !

20th November 2020

After over 12 years working at Armitstead Barnett, we are pleased that Emma Hodkinson has become a Partner.  Emma has a rural back ground and was brought up in the Lune Valley (East of Lancaster).  Emma started work with us on work experience from school, and went on to study at Harper Adams University College.  Her hard work and capable nature, meant she came back and spent her placement year with us.  Once Emma had graduated, Emma returned to us to gain her qualifications as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.  Emma has driven the Cumbria Office since its opening, and we now see this flourish.  Emma leads the Agency in Cumbria and is still very much involved with valuation and agricultural work.  We are delighted to welcome Emma on board for the long term.  Emma’s main focus going forwards is to continue to ensure that the Cumbria Team goes from strength to strength.
