Megan Metcalfe has recently joined the Armitstead Barnett team as a Graduate Surveyor having gained a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University in summer 2023.  Megan is based in the Garstang office, working across the business and is currently working towards attaining her RICS and CAAV accreditations. 

Prior to joining Armitstead Barnett, Megan has been an assistant land agent at both Acland Bracewell in South Lancashire and the Bolton Abbey Estate in Yorkshire.  In these roles, she has gained experience in landlord and tenant matters, estate and property management, rural property sales and lettings, grant and subsidy applications and farm business matters. 

Having grown up on her family farm in South Lancashire, Megan has a vast knowledge of the local and surrounding areas and is able to help with all farming matters.
