Our Lettings co-ordinators , Gemma and Cathy, would like to tell you a little bit more about both them and the lettings service that Armitstead Barnett offers.

Gemma, our full time co-ordinator, has worked here for over 2 years and has worked in estate agency since 2015. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience covering both lettings and sales.
Cathy has worked with us since 2016 and co-ordinates the department on a part-time basis.  Cathy handles the ongoing daily management of our properties. 

A little bit about our services – We have three levels of service that we offer to landlords: – 

Fully Managed – the most extensive level of service 

Due to all the new regulations now in place, we see this as the most valued and worthwhile service we offer. The Fully Managed option is perfect for both new and existing landlords, as it can be hard to keep up with the ever-changing regulations and compliance required by law to protect yourselves and your tenants. This service takes the day-to-day worries out of letting process and we are in control of your property throughout the tenancy, a landlord can choose how much involvement they have.

Let Only

This option is ideal for experienced landlords who like to manage their own property and have the time and knowledge needed to handle all aspects of adhering to current legislation.  This service offers assistance in finding and referencing a suitable tenant, preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all the correct documents are in place before we hand the ongoing management back to the landlord. 

Rent Collection

We provide the same service as with Let Only, the added benefit being the collection of rent each month on behalf of the landlord. This allows easy record keeping for accounting purposes and we can be involved with any rent discrepancies that may occur during the tenancy.
