What is a Property Information Questionnaire?

4th June 2024

A Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) is a detailed form, completed by our vendors prior to a property being launched to the market.  It includes relevant information regarding their home that makes a world of difference in the long run.  It helps us, as the agent, have greater depth discussions with potential buyers right at the start of the process, ensuring that the home is marketing and sale ready.

The benefits we feel this provides to our clients are:

  • helps give buyers a full understanding of the home prior to them making an offer and moving forward with the purchase;
  • it can reduce the number of enquiries raised during the transaction and
  • subsequently, this can shorten the time from when the offer is made to completion taking place.

At Armitstead Barnett, we find attention to detail is key.  Meaning all the properties that are on the market with us will have had the vendors complete the Property Information Questionnaire giving you full information about any home, prior to your offering.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our experienced team.
