Directions: From our offices in Garstang turn onto Church Street and continue forward onto Kepple Lane until reaching the A6. Turn left onto the A6 and after 1.2 miles turn right onto the A586. Continue along the A586 for approximately 7 miles and at the traffic signals continue straight onto the A585, for approximately 1 mile. At the traffic signals bear left onto the A586, and the subject property is located at "Poulton Plaiz". A location plan is affixed to the rear of these Particulars with the property being circled in Red.
Description: The subject land comprises two blocks of productive grassland extending to 5.78ha (14.33ac). The land has the benefit of a water supply available, and good access.
The land is situated off the A586, one parcel is accessed directly off the A586 and the other off a private road leading to "Poulton Plaiz", as shown on the attached site plan to the rear of these particulars edged red.
