Tenancy Terms
and Charges: The property will be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement for an initial term of six months. Subject to agreement a continuation will be offered thereafter.
REFERENCES: Satisfactory references will be required prior to the occupation of any property. These consist of financial, employment and current Landlord references (where applicable). Copies of three month’s pay slips and three month’s bank statements will be required. If currently residing in rented accommodation a signed copy of your existing tenancy agreement will also be required. If the information provided is satisfactory an online application will need to be completed. Homelet will then provide a further referencing report, which will determine whether or not the tenancy is granted.
CHARGES: The cost of the referencing procedure is £54.00 per applicant (£45.00 plus VAT) and is payable prior to the referencing being carried out.
Upon receipt of satisfactory references, the letting agent requires payment in the sum of £75.00 (£62.50 plus VAT) as a contribution towards the preparation of the Tenancy Agreements, Inventory and the registration of the deposit.
