About Me
I joined Armistead Barnett in July 2024 after completing a degree in Law and Business at Liverpool John Moores University.
Prior to this, I have a range of experience in hospitality, sales and admin roles.
I have always lived in a rural environment and I am very familiar to the area.
I’ve always loved getting involved in my family’s property projects from terraced houses to larger new builds and always had a passion for it. So, when a job became available in the lettings team, I knew I had to go for it.
Each day involves communicating with landlords, giving feedback on properties, and offering market insights. I also handle new inquiries, check the suitability of potential tenants, and schedule viewings. I also spend a lot of time out of the office on viewings or property inspections, which includes checking in with tenants and identifying any maintenance issues, followed by contacting contractors to address problems. A key part of my role is also ensuring all properties are compliant with all safety regulations. The ultimate goal is to provide exceptional service to both tenants and landlords.
