Our Summer Open Home Event was another fantastic success, bringing together motivated buyers with some of the very best homes across Lancashire, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.

Over the weekend of 13th – 14th June, an impressive 89 properties opened their doors. From charming cottages and countryside retreats to beautiful family homes and lifestyle properties, there was something to suit every taste and requirement.

Activity was strong throughout the weekend, with 176 viewings taking place, creating a real buzz around the event, with plenty of interest, positive conversations and viewers taking important next steps towards securing their next home.

A huge thank you goes to all of our vendors, from freshly cut lawns and well-kept gardens to beautifully presented interiors, you ensured that every property was showcased at its very best and contributed to a fantastic weekend.

As always, Team AB threw themselves into the event from start to finish. From managing enquiries to welcoming viewers through the door, the team worked hard to make sure every property had the best possible opportunity to shine.
