Proposed Terms: The land will be let on a Three Year Farm Business Tenancy Agreement from 2nd April 2019. The Tenant will be responsible for all repairing and insuring obligations. The tenancy agreement will be subject to a part-possession clause allowing the Landlord to recover no more than 10% of the holding throughout the tenancy agreement.

Easements & Rights of Way: We are aware of rights of access, easements and way leaves in place including public footpaths, a wayleave in favour of B4RN and a wayleave in favour of Electricity North West. The land will be let subject to all existing rights of access, easements and wayleaves in place. The Landlord reserves the right to repair, renew or replace these during the tenancy.
