Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all the team at Armitstead Barnett.  2022 has been another interesting year with the property market remaining buoyant in at least the first half of the year yet steadying towards the end of the year.  We have seen some huge political shifts and feel that, as we see 2022 come to a close, we start to see mortgage rates stabilize and a quiet confidence in the rural, village and agricultural markets.

We are excited to be launching a great selection of property which will be new to the market between Christmas and New Year.  It will give those who have been searching for a while and the new buyers we typically see entering the market, something to get geared up to purchase. There will certainly be no sitting back and eating Quality Street at AB!  We love our work and look forward to welcoming these new instructions to market across the business.
