We are delighted to announce that Chris Cockwill BSc (Hons) MRICS, has joined Armitstead Barnett’s Development Department.

Chris has a superb level of experience in the development world, having worked for medium and large scale commercial and residential developers throughout the North West and East Midlands. Over the last 20 years, Chris has worked for Westleigh Developments, Lovell, Harrow Estates Plc and McDermott Developments.

During this time Chris has been instrumental in acquiring, delivering and selling schemes  ranging from single “Grand Design” self-build plots through to acquiring and obtaining planning permission on sites capable of providing 1,500 homes.  Chris has also acted as and independent consultant for the last 10 years , representing landowners and developers in maximising intrinsic value of their land and assets.

Chris will be looking for new opportunities in terms of land for development as well as providing a wider level of expertise for existing clients and ongoing projects.
