A Christmas message from us to you.  We love this time of year, so many properties exchange and complete in November and December, making the first Christmas in a new home so very special.  In November we saw some phenomenal completions and some lovely families, along with focussed agricultural clients, “move in”.

Are we sitting back eating quality street?  Absolutely not!  Our teams are busy preparing to release new properties to the market.  We are also getting ready for our open event on 11^th and 12^th January!!  Look out for the promotion for this, which will start between Christmas and New Year.  We have properties coming to market across the board to include; fabulous homes in Lytham, Wrea Green, Hambleton, Broughton, Mellor, Grimsargh, Clitheroe, Lune Valley and South Lakes.  We can’t wait to start to get to work on these!   The market in 2025 will inevitably kick start with some of these listings and we are very excited to see how the year unfolds.

The roses may not be dancing in the garden yet, BUT typically there are fewer properties on the market now than in Spring, meaning that there is less competition!  So, whilst it might not be a conventional answer, now isn’t a bad time to get a house to market or at least to book your appraisal in to be ready for when those roses do dance!  We will have a valuer to suit locations across Lancashire, Cumbria and even into Yorkshire.  If it’s a village home or rural property we are the agent for you.
