Clitheroe Food Festival

24th April 2023

Back and bigger than ever this year is the annual Clitheroe Food Festival… always a date to save (Saturday, August 12, if you’re interested) and one of many events that the town, and the Ribble Valley, holds that makes this such a popular place to live and work.

Those of us currently residents of the Borough know the Food Festival brings visitors from far and wide to enjoy the many local delicacies that the region produces, along with samples from numerous breweries and distilleries.  It’s a great way for us to put on our best, friendliest face and in doing so showcase the town’s independent shops and traders that we are well-known for.

This year the Clitheroe Food Festival has announced a ‘Taste Fest’ which will stretch to over a week, presumably benefitting our growing boutique accommodation sector:  if you are thinking of moving to the Ribble Valley and are planning to look around get this date in your diary – and get your glamping pod booked NOW!
