Coronavirus Guidance for Agents – here to stay at AB!

When we first read the lengthy document issued by the Government we looked at our processes and implemented the guidelines immediately. There have been improvements to the viewing/offering process. 

Viewings can only take place where:-

  • a party is in a position to proceed with an offer;
  • the buyer has knowledge of the property and its location;
  • a video tour/virtual viewing takes place and 
  • all PPE requirements and social distancing is adhered to. 

This has meant that we have predominantly seen good, quality viewings only and, as properties are researched ahead of a physical viewing, offers are made faster.  A great thing for our vendors and buyers!
