Over the past 12 months Armitstead Barnett’s Lettings Department has seen tremendous growth; led by Leeann Swarbrick and now ably accompanied by Cathy Fish.

Having invested heavily in our infrastructure and technology behind the department; streamlining processes and creating and improving better client experience, we are pleased to say that we are opening our lettings service across all locations in which we operate.

We have a wealth of experience within all offices with regards to lettings; in addition to the skills and knowledge already provided by James Fish, Leeann and Cathy based in our North Lancashire Office.

• Emma Hodkinson previously managed the Lettings Department and will now oversee Cumbria lettings.
• Both Gillian Matthews and Janice Bevins have years of experience in residential lettings and will look after our lettings from our South Lancashire Office.
• Debbie Killeen will lead the agency in the Ribble Valley and also has a very strong lettings background.
