What better way to kick start 2026 than with our first Open Home Event of the year!

Over the weekend of Saturday 10th – Sunday 11th January, an incredible 83 homes opened their doors across Lancashire, Cumbria and North Yorkshire, welcoming motivated buyers ready to find their next beautiful home, in 2026.

From charming cottages and lifestyle smallholdings to truly exceptional family homes, the variety on offer meant there was something to suit every taste, lifestyle and requirements. Despite the winter weather, the enthusiasm from buyers was clear, with meaningful conversations and genuine interest throughout the weekend.

Our vendors, supported by the dedication and energy of Team AB, went above and beyond to ensure each property was presented at its very best. The results speak for themselves, with 246 viewings, multiple offers made and sales agreed across all our offices. This is a hugely positive start to the year and a strong indicator of buyer confidence in the market.
