Armitstead Barnett is delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Ainsworth, who has taken on a new role with us as a New Build Agent.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 1995, Simon specialised in residential property, with a particular focus on high-value and complex transactions. He has extensive experience in dealing with new-build sites and the complexities associated with them.

Simon was a senior member of the management team at a regional law firm for over 10 years, before retiring from the profession in 2024. He subsequently joined Armitstead Barnett as a Viewing Agent in April 2024 and has now taken the next step in his career with us.

Away from the office, Simon enjoys spending time with his family, particularly at his holiday home near the beach in Abersoch. He is also a keen golfer and an avid supporter, through thick and thin, of his beloved Liverpool FC!
