On the 6th and 7th of September, we hosted our third Open Home Event of the year—welcoming potential buyers into more than 80 properties across Lancashire, Cumbria, and North Yorkshire.

Despite the weather, the results from our two-day event speak for themselves — with 208viewings, multiple offers, and sales being agreed across all offices. Our goal was to draw out motivated buyers, those eager to move before Christmas or those who have been waiting for the schools to return after the summer holidays.

We love what we do and take pride in going the extra mile for our clients.
