Armitstead Barnett is delighted to announce the further strengthening of our professional valuation team with the appointment of Martin Connolly, BSc FRICS.  Martin will predominantly be based at our Burscough office but will be undertaking work throughout the region, also covering Merseyside and north Cheshire.

Martin is very well known and respected having held senior positions in both private practice and with Lancashire County Council.  He has many years’ experience in a wide range of valuation work on behalf of major banks and pension funds, whilst also acting for private clients and government organisations.  His expertise includes the provision of reports for various purposes including dilapidation claims, single and joint expert reports and portfolio asset valuations.
