The Haven was custom built in 1937 since then it has only had four owners, one of whom was our very own Mr Armitstead!
The current owners have lived there for 14 years during which time it has been featured on TV, being described by Laurence Llwellyn-Bowen as ‘amazing’!
It was also home to a giant marquee for the owners’ wedding reception.
The property, which was already immaculate, has benefitted from a recent refurbishment and redesign costing over £100,000.
It has too many features to mention, but safe to say that from the electric gates at the entrance to the stunning views of the Bowland Hills from the rear aspect, this is a real stunner.
