Over the past year, property prices in Ribble Valley have increased by 2%, adding £5,500 to the value of the average home, according to our July 2024 House Price Index. This growth significantly outpaces the UK average, where prices have only risen by 0.5% since July 2023.

The typical home in Ribble Valley is now valued at £282,500, which is higher than the UK average of £266,400. Although prices in Ribble Valley have remained stable over the last month, they have seen a substantial 29.6% increase over the past five years.
