The development site comprises full detailed planning consent for the demolition of the existing farmhouse and the erection of a replacement dwelling and the conversion of two of the traditional barns to form three dwellings, in addition there is also planning consent, under Class Q (General Permitted Development) for the change of use of one agricultural building to form two residential dwellings. The whole site providing 6 large scale bespoke family dwellings ranging from 1,291 ft2 to 3,507 ft2 set within its own private development plot.
In total the development extends to 1,201 m2 (12,927 ft2) together with allocated gardens, orchard and green space. The development will also retain ownership of the existing driveway leading off the public adopted highway.
