The plot obtained full planning consent under West Lancashire Borough Council application number 2022/0138/FUL (Conversion of existing barn to dwelling including hard and soft landscaping works and new vehicular/pedestrian accesses to the existing farmhouse and proposed dwelling) which was granted on the 11th July 2022. The planning decision notice is shown within these details along with a proposed site plan, elevation plan and floorplan.

The area shown edged in red on page 5 of this brochure is the plot area extending to approximately 0.5 acres (0.20 ha) or thereabouts. The site comprises a vacant traditional brick-built barn and grassed area extending to the rear tree-line. The northern and eastern boundary consists of a wooded area, with mature trees providing a scenic backdrop coupled with generous levels of privacy.
