Property Presentation: Marketing a Property with Professional Photography

5th August 2016

We believe you only have a couple of seconds to make a good impression in the eyes of a purchaser.

Many house move decisions are made with the swipe of a finger on a smart phone or tablet and this can often be first thing in the morning when a property alert or similar is opened.

As many of our clients’ properties have land accompanying, the use of a drone is essential to capture the length and breadth of the property and to give the potential purchaser a real feel of the location and situation.

Our professional photographer regularly takes up to 100 photos of each property in high resolution so when it comes to selecting the perfect shots for the bespoke property brochure we have plenty to choose from. At Armitstead Barnett we invest heavily in the marketing of our clients’ property from day one ensuring that the first impression is not just a good one, but an excellent one!
