Spring Open Home Event – 10th -11th May 2025

The feeling of spring has arrived, lawns are being mowed, nights are getting lighter, lambs are skipping around in the fields – April is officially here! Excitingly we are now on a 6 week countdown to our second open home event of the year!  Where has the first 3 months of 2025 gone?

On Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th May we will be holding our Spring Open Home event. Homeowners will open their doors.  For those who are considering moving, this is a superb opportunity to take the next step.  Typically, we see new buyers open discussions about moving meaning that we can make connections, increase viewings, and agree sales.

Our January open home event saw fantastic results, with 61 homes taking part and an incredible 169 viewings.  The open home event also helps with:

  1. Additional promotion of properties and more attention as we promote the open home event.
  2. Switching up your internet listing, making your property stand out even more.
  3. Further mailshots and social media exposure (did you know we have 11,000 on Facebook with over 5 million views so far in 2025 – imagine that exposure!)
  4. Buyer call outs before the event on each property.
  5. Creating viewings where limited interest.
  6. Adapt marketing plans to make sure we are hitting the right market.
  7. After the event, a full analysis of the marketing and how we can move forward.

Our team will soon start to orchestrate the open home event, which is no small thing to organise, but we know (from experience) that they work!  Our team love rolling their sleeves up and getting properties on to the market and sold.

With six weeks to go, we have time to get a plan together – visit you in your home, make a marketing plan, have professional photos taken and brochure prepared all in time to take advantage of this event!
