Having been of the opinion that estate agents don’t matter -as long as it’s on Rightmove !! How wrong was I! The difference between the cheaper agent alternatives and the professional service I received from Armistead Barnett was staggering. From the minute we changed to them their professionalisms were amazing. The marketing they produced for our property showed it in its very best light, the aerial views and the interior shots were beautiful . An offer was quickly negotiated and unlike other agents I have experienced Armitstead Barnett continued to offer regular sales progression and helped to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. They maintained this service holding a long chain together right to completion, making what could have been a very difficult time a lot easier with them at the end of the phone to always help out. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.
