A 5 all the way, I have to say that it was a completely painless experience from the valuation to getting the farm on the market. We had so many viewings the first week that our property went on the market. It sold after a week and the service we have received has really been second to none, absolutely on the ball, we even got a phone call at 9pm on a Saturday evening to let us know a viewing had cancelled.
