About Me
Sophie joined the firm in 2021 and completed a five-year apprenticeship, graduating from Harper Adams University in June 2026 with an Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. In October 2026, she gained her MRICS status, becoming a Chartered Surveyor. Sophie is currently working towards Fellowship of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV).
Sophie specialises in all aspects of rural property management, providing professional advice to landowners across a wide range of matters. Her work includes valuations, rural property sales and lettings, grant and funding support, landlord and tenant matters and compensation and utility related issues.
