About Me
James is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor who specialises in the valuation of commercial and residential property for a variety of clients including lenders, pension funds, businesses and individuals.
James has over ten years experience in the Lancashire and wider north west property markets, and has expertise in dealing with a range of asset types including industrial, office, retail, residential and development property. He is also able to assist landlord and tenants with matters such as lease renewals and rent reviews.
