About Me
In 2023, Megan joined us as a Graduate Surveyor from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Property and Estate Management. Since, Megan has achieved her MRICS and FAAV status, becoming a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Megan specialises in all types of rural property, offering advice to landowners and occupiers on how best to manage their assets. This may include valuations, rural property sales and lettings, grant support funding, landlord and tenant matters and compensation and utility matters.
