About Me

With over 10 years of experience in rural property, Simon is a highly regarded Chartered Surveyor and a proud Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. He specialises in the full spectrum of rural property matters, including the delivery of clear, robust valuations for all purposes, including taxation, secured lending, estate and succession planning, and a wide range of private client matters.

Alongside valuation work, Simon has extensive expertise in utility and infrastructure schemes including pipeline, cable and natural infrastructure projects, compulsory purchase (CPO) schemes, landlord and tenant matters, rural grant funding, and advising on the purchase and sale of rural and agricultural property. His experience spans farms, estates, equestrian property, development land, diversification projects, and mixed-use holdings.

Known for his practical, straightforward advice and meticulous attention to detail, Simon works closely with landowners, solicitors, accountants, and lenders to provide reliable guidance tailored to each client’s objectives.
