Having moved house 3 times in the last four years and sold several more over the last decade using the services of various estate agents, I feel somewhat qualified to comment on my experience in dealing with Armitstead Barnett in Clitheroe. In short, it was excellent. The original meeting to discuss valuation, presentation and marketing strategy was professional and authentic, all done in a friendly and personable manner. The service from the team continued in the same vein. Our lead negotiator made certain her colleagues were kept fully informed which provided comfort to me as a seller. Our negotiator really tuned into us with her knowledge and professional approach and most importantly, her personality. Having been of the opinion that estate agents don’t matter -as long as it’s on Rightmove !! How wrong was I! The difference between the cheaper agent alternatives and the professional service I received from Armistead Barnett was staggering. From the minute we changed to them their professionalisms were amazing. The marketing they produced for our property showed it in its very best light, the aerial views and the interior shots were beautiful . An offer was quickly negotiated and unlike other agents I have experienced Armitstead Barnett continued to offer regular sales progression and helped to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. They maintained this service holding a long chain together right to completion, making what could have been a very difficult time a lot easier with them at the end of the phone to always help out. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.
